1. SN：SB46301 Rev.B ・・・4 months(2022/Sept～Dec.)
2. SN：SB46302 Rev.B・・・2 months(2022/Nov～Dec.) Nut use only few times.
Issue：
The customer purchased 2pcs of TMDSEMU560V2STM-U Dev boards.
But Thiose stop working and PC Device Manager does not recognize both all of sudden.
When these broken;
SN：SB46301 Rev.B
LED USB：Red flashing、MODE：Green blinking
RUN -> DEBUG then「Error initializing emulator」
the computer does not recognize the TMDSEMU560V2STM-U.
But working for 4 months(2022/Sept～Dec.)
other is
SN：SB46302 Rev.B
LED USB：off、MODE：Green off
the computer does not recognize the TMDSEMU560V2STM-U.
Working for 2 mopnths(2022/Nov～Dec.) But use only few times and down.
Could you give us some advice?

1. At what point in the production process was a failure detected?
When Writing to the Customer's Eval ROM.
2. If Applicable, was this device hand, wave or IR reflow soldered? If a Wave or IR reflow process was used please provide your respective soldering temperature profile.

No
4. Were the parts “dead on arrival”?
Both defectives
But Serial# SB46301 was active (JTAG emulate／ROM writing)for few months.
One is

8. Testing equipment and method
Device and emulator connected as JTAG
Test Deviuce and PC is connected USB*
*PC can't recognize as Device from USB. If chamnge PC result is same.
9. If applicable what is the operating current and voltage the parts are being supplied?
3.3V. Curreent is internal Buffer IC for digital circuit. So it can't go wrong.
10. Were parts exposed to environmental or test conditions beyond their maximum rated limits?
No
