AM3358: ethernet boot: Could not get PHY for eth_cpsw: addr 0

Hello Champs,

HW: customer own board with dp83822
SW: linux processor SDK 07-03-00-005

Customer configured sysboot bit7-bit0 to 011  01000 to ethernet boot. He setup the network boot according to below link.

But it prompted below error message:

Warning: eth_cpsw using MAC address from ROM

Problem booting with BOOTP
SPL: failed to boot from all boot devices
### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###
