An engineer from a customer company reported that the board was turned off after normal booting while testing the TMDSSK3358 SK-EVM.
I'm inquiring about how I can check the cause.
Can PMIC be changed to Off State without AM335x Command if the conditions for the power to be maintained are not satisfied?
What should I check first?
They used the latest PSDK, and the results are the same even if they use a different version.
