Hi Expert,
Customer want to build an ANC system on TMS320C6713/ TMDSDSK6713

DSP. We have two questions regarding the DSP and we need clarification.
1.Does the software and system run on Windows 11?
2. Need a JTAG Debugger for this system or is it already installed on DSP?
