Hello TI experts,
- For TDA4VM High Security version, we have to do efuse process. So we need to add trace and caps to the pin F17& AB11 so that we can provide a power to it.
- For TDA4VM General Purpose version, DS recommends that 'do not connect any signal, test point, or board trace to this signal'.
However, both versions of TDA4 may be used for us based on different requirements. But there is only one kind of PCB. That mean we need to use one PCB to cover 2 SOC versions.
Question: For TDA4VM G version. Are there any risks if there is a trace with pin F17 & AB11 which is not connected to anything? The length of this trace to TDA4 pin is about 14.9mm.
