DRA821U: DRA821U power supplies

Part Number: DRA821U

Dear supporter,

In my newly developed device like the PROC105E8(001) have multiple power supplies from the PMIC(TPS65941515RWERQ1) to DRA821U4/LPDDR4.
Is the resistance of the power supply line a few ohms normal?

0.8V: VDD_CORE line: 3.8Ω

0.72V: VDD_CPU_AVS line: 23.5Ω

1.1V: VDD_DDR_1V1 line: 9.1Ω

0.85V: VDD_RAM_0V85 line: 106Ω

I'm worried that it will break when I turn on the power supply.
  • I cannot confirm the measurements above indicate of a correct or faulty design.  Its common for supplies like VDD_CORE, VDD_CPU to have a very low measured impedance, not sure about other supplies. Please measure the voltage of each once enabled and let know if additional questions.
