TMS320C6748: About Power-on Hours

Hi,

We use TMS320C6748EZCEA3 that has 75,000POH.And it is almost used with deep sleep condition.
I want to know if POH includes of DEEPSLEEP condition.

POH is for the processor continuously running at the conditions specified in the datasheet POH table,

Thanks for your Reply.

According to it , I think DEEPSLEEP condition doesn't affect POH.
Is it correct?

Any processor activity will have a contribution to POH. The further removed from the conditions listed in the POH table, the less of a contribution. I not familiar enough with this processor to know the what is still active during deep sleep, but i suspect it will have a negligible, contribution to POH.
