TMS320C6713B: The program does not run even if I press the green execution button.

Hi,

I am using C6713 DSK. I'm using CCS v3.3 on Windows XP, but I'm thinking of making it available for CCS V6.2 on Windows 10 as well. So, after creating a new CCS project, I created Hello World to check the operation. After Clean and Build, Debug and Transfer to DSK is completed. However, the program does not start even if I press the green execution button. There are no errors, and the console just says Build Finish. Is there anything I should check or is there a solution?
