My customer would like to know the Internal Pull-Up and Pull-Down resistor value as follows.

Q1:
How much ohms (min/max) is the internal Pull-Down resistor at TRST pin?

Q2:
How much ohms (min/max) is the internal Pull-Pu resistor at TDI, TMS, TCK, EMU0 and EMU1 pin?
