Im actually working on the C66 core within a sitara AM5716 processor.
I'm interested in silicon erratas for that C66 core.
I know that a silicon errata for the whole processor exists ( SPRZ436G).
But I dont think that this covers the whole DSP subsystem.
There are many silicon erratas for various TMS320C66x DSPs, but I cannot figure out, which
is the correct one for the C66 core within our AM5716.
With the data manual and the TRM I fould out, that our AM5716 has:
CTRL_WKUP_STD_FUSE_DIE_ID_2 = 0x36BE190E, [31:24] = Base PN = 0x36 = 54, so according to data manual it is a AM5716-E
CTRL_WKUP_ID_CODE = 0x1B9BC02F, [31:24] = 1 (silicon revision = 2.0)
But this information does not help me to find out what C66x core (x=??) is really installed to find the appropriate silicon errata for that CorePac.
