You can use the DDR register configuration tool https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/?product=Processor_DDR_Config&device=AM62Ax to configure your board for the specific device you are using. The software driver will perform the proper initialization and training required to tune the DDR interface for optimal performance. Ensure to follow all of the DDR design guidelines here: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprad66

i use the AM6204 in my project , but the sprad66 is for AM62Ax Processor.

i refer sprad06 as the DDR part design guide.

What' s the different between AM62Ax and AM62x processor?

Sorry, yes you should be using sprad06 for AM62x. AM62x has a 16-bit DDR interface, whiel the AM62A has a 32-bit DDR interface.
