Hi team,
Is it possible that the GPIO voltage varies with the AM3505 device temperature?
For example, when the AM3505 temperature rises, does the GPIO voltage increase?
Sincerely.
Ryu

Hello Ryu,
Thank you for the query.
Could you please provide additional details on your observations.
Are the IOs loaded?
Regards,
Sreenivasa
Hello Ryu,
Thank you for the inputs. I need additional details on the issue including the measured valued and test conditions to be able to review..

Sreenivasa
Hello Sreenivasa,
Thanks for the reply.
I would like to know if there is a possibility that this could happen before the problem is resolved.
Do you mean that it is possible?
Sincerely.
Ryu
Hello Ryu,
Thank you for checking.
I cannot comment since i do not have understanding of the behavior, test conditions etc

Sreenivasa
Hello Sreenivasa,
Thanks for the reply.
I would like to know if this could occur under certain conditions.
If it does not occur under any conditions, then there is no problem, but if there is a possibility that it may occur, we would like to work first on countermeasures against temperature rise.
Sincerely.
Ryu
Hello Ryu,
Thank you for the note.
I would expect the output voltage to change depending on the test conditions. I do not understand what you mean by fluctuation.

Sreenivasa
Hello Sreenivasa,
Thanks for the reply.
I also understand that the test conditions can vary to some degree.
The question is whether the temperature change affects the output voltage.
It is conceivable that the GPIO voltage could change due to a change in load or a difference in the device lot.
My question was whether the GPIO voltage is significantly affected by temperature changes during operation.
Sincerely.
Ryu
Hello Ryu,
Thank you for the inputs.
The device is expected to operate in the range specified in the datasheet over the recommended operating temperature provided the device is operated as per the electrical requirements in the datasheet.

Sreenivasa
Hello Sreenivasa,
Thanks for the reply.
I am sorry .
I don't think you are getting the intent of my question.
My question is if there is a temperature drift in the GPIO voltages.
It is not a question of whether it can be used.
Sincerely.
Ryu
Hello Ryu,
My question is if there is a temperature drift in the GPIO voltages.
The range in the datasheet has been provided based on the characterization and it is expected that the temperature would effect on the output voltage.
Regards.
Sreenivasa
Hello Ryu,
I see you have clicked the resolved button.
Would you mind writing couple of sentences on the resolution if any please.
Regards,
Sreenivasa
Hello Sreenivasa,
I marked it as resolved because I wanted to know if device temperature is related to voltage fluctuations.
I decided to solve the voltage fluctuation problem by more accurately controlling the device temperature.
Sincerely.
Ryu
