1. What is the URL to download latest CGT for C2000 CGT and ARM CGT?

Is https://dr-download.ti.com/software-development/ide-configuration-compiler-or-debugger/MD-sDOoXkUcde/20.2.7.LTS/ti_cgt_tms470_20.2.7.LTS_windows-x64_installer.exe or http://software-dl.ti.com/codegen/esd/cgt_public_sw/TMS470/20.2.7.LTS/ti_cgt_tms470_20.2.7.LTS_windows-x64_installer.exe ?

Will it be available in http://software-dl.ti.com/codegen/esd/cgt_public_sw or the latest version will be available in https://dr-download.ti.com/software-development/ide-configuration-compiler-or-debugger only?
