TMDSICE3359: Porting the code the code to AM3357

I have a LED blink code working fine on the TMDSICE3359 ICE board. Afterward, I built a custom board using a different Sitara processor( AM3357). Are there any code porting guidelines for a custom Siatra board. My custom board uses the same DDR3 but a different processor.
