DM3725: SDK download

Part Number: DM3725
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAPL138,

Hi Experts,

We need your assistance in finding the SDK for  DM3725.

If I click your link (www.ti.com/.../LINUXDVSDK-DM37X I am brought to a screen that says "Download Options".

if I click the "Download Options", I see 3 options
- "dvsdk_04_03_00_06_sources.iso — 456678 K"
- "dvsdk_dm3730-evm_04_03_00_06_setuplinux — 1436791 K"
- dvsdk_omapl138-evm_04_03_00_06_setuplinux — 878441 K

Presumably, I want the last one although I am not sure. In any event, if I choose that one and try to download it, it will be binary. For convenience, you can download it from the URL dr-download.ti.com/.../dvsdk_omapl138-evm_04_03_00_06_setuplinux

If you download it, and then try to follow the instructions in the "OMAPL138_Software_Developers_Guide.pdf" (software-dl.ti.com/.../e)

you will see the file you downloaded is not the correct file. You will know this because the Software Developers Guide instructs to you run the:
- export DVSDK="${HOME}/ti-dvsdk_omapl138-evm_xx_xx_xx_xx"
- ${DVSDK}/setup.sh

However, since the file you downloaded is a binary and not a directory, there is no such thing as ti-dvsdk_omapl138-evm_xx_xx_xx_xx/setup.sh

So, it seems the file that you downloaded at dr-download.ti.com/.../dvsdk_omapl138-evm_04_03_00_06_setuplinux is not the same file described in the Software Developer's guide.

Could you please check this issue? Thank you.

Best regards,
Jonathan
