Does the TMS320C6655CZH and TMS320DM648 chip have a unique ID?

Is it possible to achieve unique ID through mac address?

No. There is no UID for these chips.

Above links says that the mac addr is unique for each device.

Are these two chips different?

Isn't the mac in these two chips unique？

Yes, I think you can use the MAC ID - 0x02620110 for C6657/C6655.

I got the value of MAC ID - 0x02620110 as "300A40D3 " ---- In C6657

and "C2B94312 " ---- In C6678. It seems to be unique for the SOC.

I do not have TMS320DM648 with me. If you have, do check the appropriate address of the MAC-ID and get the value.
