No. There is no UID for these chips.

Yes, I think you can use the MAC ID - 0x02620110 for C6657/C6655.
I got the value of MAC ID - 0x02620110 as "300A40D3 " ---- In C6657
and "C2B94312 " ---- In C6678. It seems to be unique for the SOC.

I do not have TMS320DM648 with me. If you have, do check the appropriate address of the MAC-ID and get the value.
