Hi Team,

AM625 Custom board: SD card driver's initialization fails, cause could be SD card voltage is fixed to 3.3V. Need suggestions to change the software to fix SD card voltage to 3.3V for testing.

Hi Annie,

If the board has fixed 3.3v to the SD card, please add device tree property "no-1-8-v;" to the &sdhci1 node in the board device tree file to tell the software to not switch to 1.8v.

Thanks for your reply.

Customer said this didn't work. When he only added the "no-1-8-v;" attribute to the &sdhci1 node, the program crashed faster.

Because the power supply is different, he commented out the power supply of the &sdhci1 node.

This time it will stop at the part of the clock a little later.

This could be a power supply problem. The customer uses tps65219 for power supply, but no other development boards have been found to use this PMIC. Regarding this chip, how should its device tree file be written?

Hi Annie,

I think the SK-AM62-LP (https://www.ti.com/tool/SK-AM62-LP) board uses TPS65219. But I don't see its U-Boot device tree has any difference on sdhci1 node from SK-AM62 board. Please review the SK-AM62-LP board schematics and U-Boot device tree settings.
