I have flashed Hello world example code to TMDS64EVM, Flashing is happening properly with command python uart_uniflash.py -p COM26 --cfg=sbl_prebuilt/am64x-evm/default_sbl_ospi.cfg. But when I am checking output on Teraterm it is showing as below.

Hi Ankita,
Please make sure the hello world example is imported into CCS from MCU+ SDK v8.5. If you used MCU+ SDK v8.3 then HS-FS appimage won't be generated.
If you use MCU+ SDK v8.5 to import example, you will see the below images generated on building the example.

If you are using v8.5, then the HS-FS appimage should be generated. Can you once try deleting the project from CCS and re-importing it. If you see the problem again, please attach the CCS project as a ZIP file here. You can drag and drop the file to attach.
For more context, the line 85 in the file makefile_ccs_bootimage_gen generates the HS-FS image.

The IPC example is a multi-core project. Please refer to the below guide
In a nutshell, you will import the <MCU+ SDK INSTALL DIR>/drivers/ipc/ipc_rpmsg_echo/am64x-evm/system_freertos_nortos in CCS as shown
This system project then automatically imports the IPC examples of all cores as shown
Then, building the system_freertos_nortos example automatically builds all the IPC examples of all cores and generates one single .appimage.hs_fs containing the executable for each core.
This .appimage.hs_fs then can be flashed. At runtime, SBL will parse this .appimage.hs_fs and loads different executables for each core at their destinations.
