We have been able to boot on LP-AM263 MCU, but can't read/write memory address beyond 128MB. We only read/write 0~128 memory address.
Can you give me some suggestion or example, thanks!

Although if your requirements are not very strict to read the data in memory map mode. Then I would suggest you to read the data beyond a certain size in Config Mode. Unfortunately the feature is not available in the SDK to read in this method. But the details are readily available in TRM.
