Hi there.
We have a situation where the DSP appears to lock-up after several weeks of operation. The rings are no longer being detected from a PBX system in this state and a power cycle is required to correct it.
I did notice that the design was completed before the latest rev of the datasheet and there are some differences; namely pins 77-79 are connected directly to 3.3V (not through pull-ups), the Vcc rails are missing bypass caps and the diode protection circuit is missing for C1A. I'm not sure these would have a bearing on the problem, as it's been this way for years without issue (until recently), though it's worth noting.
Any ideas?
