We are having the exact same issue.  What was the resolution to this?  Taking this to email doesn't help the rest of us who are having the same problem.

    We will try to follow up internally. I believe there were some firmware fixes provided offline , and as part of software refresh we will have this in late 2023 in an official release. 

    Have you been previously in touch with Dhaval and team on these issues and received any code drops?

    We just recently found the root cause of this issue after a month of investigation. 

    We have not been in touch with the original engineer, Dhaval, as the original report was over 2 years ago and our past experience has been that typically the original persons involved have moved on from their past positions.  Therefore we have also not received any code drops as we did not know there was any.  Please feel free to provide any code updates to us that would fix this bug prior to the upcoming official code updates as we have customers that are currently experiencing issues related to this problem.

    We are also asking for the fixes to be posted as we cannot be the only ones having this problem.
