My customer wants to know the ball size information of BGA package C6713B, where can my customer gets this data please?

The ball size is shown in the datasheet. Page 151 for GDP and page 152 for ZDP.

Paul,

I know that picture, but how to interpret it?

Should we say the minimum value of ball size is 0.6, typical is 0.75 and maximum is 0.9? Is it correct?

Is the unit of those numbers millimeter?

The 0.15mm is the standoff. That is the bottom of the body to the surface of the plane
assuming the package is sitting on a perfect flat plane.

The 0.6-0.9mm is the range of the solder ball diameter.
