Where can i find TDA4V MidEco SDK file and pinmux tool?

You can click on Software Development tab from the product page on ti.com to find the dedicated SDK that is applicable.

The Pinmux tool is part Sysconfig which can be found at: https://www.ti.com/tool/SYSCONFIG

Thanks for your quick reply. BTW, where can i find J721S2 EVM design document, such as latest schematic, BOM file and so on?

There is information under "Design files" as well as "Technical Documentation" See below

You should find the documentation you are looking for in zip file "TDA4AL_VL_VE EVM System on Module (SOM) Design Files (Rev. B)"
