TDA4VM: TDA4VM RTOS 0806: DSP alpha blend

Hi，
    TDA4VM RTOS 0806
    Use the picture type like ARGB,and ALPHA BLEND to another ARGB type pic through DSPC66 processing, is there a Demo? or Some DSP demo modules?

    Hi,

    No, there is no DSP kernel to demonstrate this feature. But can you consider using DSS for this feature? DSS can do blending of two frames using two video pipelines and then can send blended output to one of the display interface.

    we are hardware have 4 display, so we need to make the overlay by dsp.
    and I found the VXLIB have many funcs, like Channel Combine, is there a Function like alpha blend?

    But are all 4 displays simultaneously active? Because if they are not active at the same time, we can use DSS pipeline for blending operations. 

    I really doubt there is any existing vxlib kernel available for doing blending. You might have take one of the existing kernel and modify it for blending operation.
