TMS320C6742: #UHPI_HINT momentary dropped after reset

Hi Team,

My customer found one of their board that TMS320C6742 is mounted sometimes shows not working properly after reset.
In this case, the waveform of #UHPI_HINT momentary dropped then increased to 3.3V after reset. Normal boards show no voltage drop.
note) #UHPI_HINT is external pulled-up to 3.3V through 100kohm.

Have you ever heard of such behavior?

Thank you for the query.

Are you seeing this on a specific board or on multiple boards. How many boards have you tested.

Is there some pull on this board that has been wrongly configured.

This is a UHPI host interrupt. Please verify the loading on the pin.

Help me understand what you meant by reset.

Hi Sreenivasa-san,

They tested 1500 boards and 2 boards don't work normally.
Reset means hard reset by reset input (K14 pin).

At this stage, we haven't isolate whether the cause of this problem is the chip or other (peripheral circuit).
Have you ever heard of such behavior that #UHPI_HINT momentary dropped after hard reset?
