TDA3MV: 27MHz input for SYS_CLK1

Part Number: TDA3MV

We are operating TDA3MV using 20MHz Clock.

To develop BT.1120 output, we want to change this clock from 20MHz to 27MHz (We think that making 74.25MHz in device needs 27MHz).

We first changed hardware (oscilllator device and resistor setting corresponding to sysboot 9, 8 bits in board).

When we operate this board, an error message is occurred in uart terminal ('TESOC BIST Failed').

And we connected this board to CCS software to test operating (after revising gel code #define SYSCLK1(20) --> (27) in 'TDA3xx_prcm_config.gel' file).

When we load flash writer file, 'running' state persists and does not pass.

We wonder if there is anything else we need to modify to use 27MHz.
