TDA4VH-Q1: How can we setup two Phy devices which can be regarded to use as the virtual mac driver's device's MAC address?

Hi TI Support  friends,

Here we can setup a example  RTOS Enet driver running for R5F chip and then A-Core Linux OS can identify one of the two network phy devices connected to the SGMII port.  But another phy devices can not be used so the Linux can only one eth1 driver working.

We want to use another phy devices too so we can have two Linux ethX devices.  

We attached the debugging records in a cloud storaging link  debug record url 

Expecting to get the answer and please help give us a solution.

    We are not able to access the debug records directly, requesting for login.

    Can you please share logs over E2E.

    Here we can setup a example  RTOS Enet driver running for R5F chip and then A-Core Linux OS can identify one of the two network phy devices connected to the SGMII port.  But another phy devices can not be used so the Linux can only one eth1 driver working.

    By default one MAC Port is mapped to A72 as Virtual MAC interface, and one switch interface also mapped to A72.
    Which are by default eth2 (Switch interface) eth3 (MAC Port-1 virtual interface).

    If you want to add more MAC only ports, Please refer to FAQ [How to add/map MAC only Ports to A72]. But, there were some limitations due to resource availability so you can add up to 5Ports.

    If you want all 8 Ports of CPSW9G then you can go for Native Linux Driver, Please refer to FAQ [How to move to Native Linux Driver] and update Port configuration as required in device tree overlays.

    From log we see only one Switch port is mapped to A72 (MPU1_0).
    Can you please confirm, have you disabled CPSW2G's from Device trees.

    Also, can you confirm eth1 interface is working with one PHY connected to CPSW9G?

    If you want to add more MAC only ports, Please refer to FAQ [How to add/map MAC only Ports to A72]. But, there were some limitations due to resource availability so you can add up to 5Ports.

    As pointed above please refer to FAQ and add/map ports to A72.
