Hi TI,

The kit I have is the TMDX5505EZDSP Rev.C, that uses TMS320VC5505 (discontinued).

I've heard the Rev.D uses the TMS320C5505 (in production).

Is the kit Rev.D available for buying?

Also, is there a FFT Filter Demo software for the kit Rev.D available for download?

Alex,

The current revision for the TMDX5505EZDSP is Rev D (red one). It does use C5505 instead of VC5505.

You can order the Rev D kit from TI's website.

Regarding the FFT Filter Demo, there is not a released version specific to Rev. D, but here are the things you need to change on the code:

* Change the PLL settings the ROM addresses for PG2.0

Ok, I will buy one...

I know how to change PLL Registers, but what about this ROM address? Is it on the GEL file?

Yes, you can change the ROM addresses on the GEL file.
