AM5749: DSP firmware based on TI-RTOS + PDK + CSL maintenance in meta-ti (kirkstone)

Part Number: AM5749

Hello,

The current TI SDK for AM57x is based on yocto dunfell (LTS) [1] and meta-ti for dunfell [2].

meta-ti for dunfell provide several packages for the DSP firmware (PDK, CSL) and
we were using the TI SDK as our current work base.

But since yocto dunfell is going EOL next year [3], I tried to update meta-ti to kirkstone.
But It turn out that several DSP packages we use on dunfell were removed from kirkstone [4][5].
Thoses package were removed due to Keystone1/2 deprecation, does this mean that am57xx is deprecated too?
Even if the TI PDK [3] and CSL are still maintained [6][7]?

What's the roadmap for maintaining AM57 based systems ARM+DSP over time?

Note: the removed common-csl-ip-rtos package is still listed in openmp-rtos package dependencies.
openmp-rtos needs to be removed then.
