Hello Experts,

Let us know how to treat unused terminals which are not listed in the data sheet (chapter 6.4). If not specified in data sheet, can we leave them open?

    The configuration of the terminals during and after power-up is listed in the pin attributes table of the data sheet.

    In the terminals aure unused below are the suggestion

    1. Leave them unconnected (no trace connected to the pads)

    2. If the SoC pads have a trace connected an external pull is recommended 

    3. If the SoC pads have a trace connected and terminates to an external connector, an external ESD protection is recommended.
