In the Jacinto 7 Boot Flow from the TI website, there are 2 boot loaders available
1. SPL - Secondary Program Loader
2. SBL - Secondary Boot Loader
Queries:
1. What is the difference between SPL & SBL & it's application use case
2. What are the pros & cons & when to use them.
