AM6412: [DTS][DEVICE-TREE][PCIE][CLOCK][EXTERNAL-CLOCK]

Hi,

We are using a custom design in which we are using external reference clock for PCIe.

I have hereby attached the snapshot of connection. 

Need to use AM6412 as RC and we are having our slave device as End point.

But after kernel booted up , it is not showing in the lspci command.

Please let me know if any device tree specifc change is requried for the same.
