SK-AM62: Best Debug Probe for the Cortex M4F inside the AM62

Hi, i am searching for someone who can say me which debug probe is recommended for debugging the Cortex M4F which is part of the AM62.

At the moment we are using a USB560 v2 System Trace BlackHawk, which works some times and some times not (we had this kind of issues in the past also on other targets).

My question now is, is there a better solution? Is it maybe possible to debug by using a jLink from segger in some kind of way?

Please provide additional information on the device and the development environment you are using or planning to use.

One of the third party tool could be Lauterbach. I encourage you to contact Lauterbach.

Hi Sreenivasa thank you very much for your reply.

The device which we are using is a AM62x and we would like to debug it over the JTAG pins. From the tool side we have Code Composer Studio V12.4.0 with the following settings:

It would be nice if there is an other solution than the BlackHawk debugger but I am not sure if the one from Lauterbach would be able to integrate into the CCS.
