AM62A7-Q1: CA and CS ODT of DDR

Hi Ken, LPDDR4 memories do not allow for separate CA/CS termination settings.  With MR22, you can selectively enable/disable the ODT.  Check your DDR datasheet or JEDEC spec for more info.

We do allow independent configuration of CA and CS drive strength in the processor (see excerpt below from DDR Register Configuration Tool).  Note that all these settings for a custom board should be configured with the DDR Register Configuration tool https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/?product=Processor_DDR_Config&device=AM62A
