SK-AM62: SK-AM62 will not boot Linux from SD card

Part Number: SK-AM62

I just read through a topic about SK-AM62 dev board that does not boot via SD-card.  I followed through the entire conversation, but do not see a solution.  I have the SW1/2 switches in the same configuration as that in the user guide.  Not sure why it won't boot.  I used the "dd" solution in the AM62 SDK developer's manual, that did not work.  So then I tried using belena etcher.  No-go there either.  Any other hints as to why this dev board will not boot?

Thanks.
