AM5716: What is the max and minimum page size for the NAND GPMC?

Been going through the documentation, but I only see the minimum for the configuration using ECC, but not the min or max for configurations without it.

Hello Jonathan,

Can you provide us the page definition in the context of NAND GPMC that you are looking for?

We think that the min and max page size applies to the NAND flash, to understand the smallest unit of data that can be read and write. Let us know.

Jonathan, The minimum is 512-Byte.

Hi Kyle,

I saw that 512 bytes was the minimum for configurations using ECC, but is this stated in the documentation for non-ECC setups?

Jonathan,

That is the only reference to minimum page size that I can find in the documentation. Are you coming across NAND devices with smaller pages? Can you send a datasheet?
