TMS320C6747: Porting GCC per-function optimizations to C6747 TI compiler

I am trying to port a function from GCC to the TI compiler v7.4.4 for the C6000. In GCC, here is an example function. It include a per function optimization option: 

__attribute__ ((optimize("-O3")))
uint32_t _unpack_bin(uint8_t *data, uint8_t bytes_per_counter);

How is this done in the TI compiler? I didn't see this in the compiler guide.

I am porting some C code from GCC to the C6747. The original code has a bunch of these per function optimizations.

Had to comment them out to compile.
