Can you clarify what you meant by using this product. Was it the "E" version or the non secure version (non E). If you were using non E - and do not need security support, please order/find non E parts.

"E" parts require a slightly different boot image flow etc, but we are not supporting new designs for that , so if you do not need "E" parts please revert back to non E parts. 

If you were using "E" parts previously and it stopped working all of a sudden, then you can submit the failing unit for failure analysis.
