Moving the VDDSHV1_MCU power from 1.8V to 3.3V should be all that is required from hardware standpoint.  Have you verified the speed is not impacted when moving from 1.8V to 3.3V?  I think the lower voltage interface(s) can sometimes operate at higher speeds.  Regarding SDK impact - I will let other TI resources comment - but I doubt any impact (unless speed impact).  Its a fixed voltage interface, not switched so software not required to set.

Which SDK we are talking about here , are you using RTOS SDK or Linux ?

In our design, we use PSDK RTOS and PSDK QNX, not Linux.

Checked with our PDK expert on this. There should not be any change required form software side unless datasheet specifies to explicitly program something for 3.3V. I believe the same should be true for QNX as well. But I'll still re-route this query to our QNX experts to double check and comment on the QNX part.

About "unless datasheet specifies to explicitly program something for 3.3V", the TI EVM use the Flash with 1.8V type. We want to change to same series but with 3.3V operating voltage. I think you are meaning "program something for 1.8V", right?

Regarding the QNX angle, as the OSPI driver is part of the QNX owned BSP, Blackberry / QNX Software Systems should be contacted, to see if any modifications would be required.   

As per response above, if the PDK S/W driver is not impacted, then likely the QNX driver would not be impacted either.

Also please note that if the board has taken care of supplying 3.3V to the OSPI flash, there is no change required even in the SW ie PDK driver, it should just work as it is.
