SK-AM62: GPIO control

Part Number: SK-AM62

We are currently trying to run the evaluation board on linuxOS (Debian: Tisdk-Debian-bookworm-am62xx-EVM.WIC.xz).
Therefore, I want to control the GPIO output, but I can only control some GPIOs even if I type the command.
The detailed execution conditions are as follows.

OS: TISDK-Debian-bookworm-am62xx-EVM.WIC.xz
GPIO control method: Gpiod(1.6.3-1+B3)
gpioset gpiochip{xx} {yy}=1: GPIO output on
gpioset gpiochip{xx} {yy}=0: GPIO output off
controllable GPIO pin pin pin MCU connector pin No21, 24
Uncontrollable GPIOs All other GPIOs with physical pins

In response to the above issue, my view is that there may be a problem with the setting of the "pin multiplexed signal".
Does the multiplex function need to be configured?
If necessary, we would appreciate it if you could tell us whether the method depends on the device or the OS.
