TDA4AH-Q1: Built-in Thermal Transistor/Diode

Hello Ti Team,

We want to connect the TMP451 to the TDA4AH. We need to know if the TDA4AH has a built-in Thermal Diode.

On the Jacinto 7 EVM, the pin K30 and L30 on Jacinto 7 may be the Diode, we search. Which pin has to be connected to DXP, and which to DXN ? The Net Name TEMP_DIODE_PX are confusing.

Hi AB,

Regarding the K30 and L30 pins, according to the datasheet and the schematic checklist tool, they should remain unconnected. You can refer to this E2E post for the AM6546 for checking the temperature through software.
