This seems like a generic query.

You can refer to the AM625 or AM62P in addition to AM62A Starter Kit schematics to understand the different memory interface supported and deiced on the preferred interface and take it forward.

Thanks, In addition Can I connect FRAM to AM62A7 (cortex a53 arm), IF yes, how and to which bus?

Thank you.

We have a board ID EEPROM connection,

You could use a FRAM instead.

I am not sure on the use case.

If more data is required to be accessed, you could use an SPI interface.

it depends on the development tools and the environment used.

MCU accessing MCU SPI instance and Main accessing Main SPI instance has the most optimized latency.
