Hello Team,

We are going to use AM62A34 processor for our camera product and in that, I have below open question for memory.

Can we interface 1GB/2GB LPDDR4 RAM and 4GB/8GB eMMC flash with AM62A34 processor. Is there any RISK/Challenges from firmware side if we plan to use memories with these sizes?

It would be tough to answer that without knowing a lot more about your application. The AM62A will certainly work with those sized devices, but determination of resources is a system level design decision.
