Hi all. I am going to use AM62X(Am6234) processor for my wearable Product. I have purchased Evaluation board and testing. But it seems the processor is heating to much. Before I used ROCK chip processor for my product. it's didn't heat this much. I used linux OS given by TI. I thought it is heating because I use GUI base OS there for Now I am going to use CLI (command line interface) OC. Is there any Methode to reduce heating processor ? and also Is there any other processor can be use for wearable application ?
