PROCESSOR-SDK-AM62X: AM62X NAND BOOT SDK9.1.0.8

Part Number: PROCESSOR-SDK-AM62X

HI ,

I have a problem on the NAND boot.  we change the SDK 8.6 to SDK9.1。 SDK9.1.0.8    am6254

we faced the difference between the SDK 8.6  and SDK9.1 on  boot from RAW NAND 。

I have configured the mtd  drivers in the uboot .then  I  flash the tiboott3.bin tispl.bin u-boot.img to the nand mtd parts.

I  change the hardware button to nand  boot mode.

I just get  the information below, it seems the uboot has stop at someware .

U-Boot SPL 2023.04-dirty (Apr 13 2024 - 17:20:23 +0800)
SYSFW ABI: 3.1 (firmware rev 0x0009 '9.1.8--v09.01.08 (Kool Koala)')
SPL initial stack usage: 13384 bytes
Trying to boot from NAND

I just changed the ti_armv7_common.h . below is the content:6102.ti_armv7_common.h

so what's the problem .  I am confused about env configuration and how it generated  in the SDk 9.1.0.8 . I think it is more easy to configure int the am62x_evm.h of sdk8.6.
does it not support the nand boot  in the sdk 9.1.0.8?

  • Hi I use  am62x_lpsk_r5_gpmc_defconfig . I get informaion init_env from device 11 not supported . so how to add the nand init_env .
