Is it possible to use 1GBASE-KX/10GBASE-KR Ethernet with the AM69?

Yes, 1000Base-KX (SGMII 1G) and 10GBase-KR (USXGMII); except that 10G auto-negotiation is not supported.

The data manual lists the SGMII 1000Base-KX there. The USXGMII compliance is not mentioned in the DM, unfortunately, however, refer to the TRM section of SERDES 12.2.5.1.2 which lists USXGMII supporting IEEE 802.3 clause 72-7 (10GBase-KR).

Not sure if we have a reference design or app note but EVM should have Ethernet expansion board for this purpose.
