66AK2G12: Capacity and ECC about QSPI

Genius 5785 points

Hi experts,

Q1:When connecting SPI NAND to the QSPI port, can the capacity support up to 2Gbit?

From TRM (SPRUHY8I), "NUM_ADDR_BYTES_FLD" can be specified up to 4 Bytes.
Therefore, it can be read that 2Gbits SPI NAND can be connected.
Could you please let me know if there are any other capacity limitations?

Q2:Is it possible to use ECC on QSPI ports?

I would like to check whether it can be used even if the SPI NAND side does not have a built-in ECC function.

Best retafds,
O.H
