Hi, In which document can I find the pin package lengths/delays for the XJ784S45AALY processor's high speed interfaces?

The only package lengths available are for the LPDDR4 interfaces (attached). For other high speed interfaces (PCIe, USB, DP, SGMII, etc) - package skew does not need to be included.
