TMDS64EVM: UART0 prints are not showing up in bootROM

Part Number: TMDS64EVM

Hi Team,

We are following the link - https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM64X/08_06_00_45/exports/docs/api_guide_am64x/TOOLS_BOOT.html#UART_BOOTLOADER_PYTHON_SCRIPT and trying to load the uart bootloader.

The the uart bootloader image is not loading to hardware, the console will not show any progress, instead it remains at zero. Further, We tried booting the TMDS64EVM kit with SD card in FS mode with latest(09.02.01.09) SDK but boot fails.

Also, we also checked UART boot and we are not able to be get the initial characters in the console for UART boot.

When board is powered on we are seeing the LD26 LED is glowing but in the EVM user guide the LD26 is powered off when board is on.

Should the LED26 be turned off if board successfully boots? Is there any issue in bootROM in UART boot mode?

Thanks and Regards,

Akshay
